Tracey Morcumb B.A. (Hons)

Tracey was delighted to accept the opportunity to join Cornish & Birtill in 2003 having previously worked for another long established firm of Solicitors in Cornwall.

Tracey joined the Firm having spent in excess of 15 years engaged in most aspects of Family Law, Civil Litigation (both County Court and High Court) The court of Protection, wills and Administration of Estates.

Joining Cornish Venning (the merged practices of two long established local Firms of Cornish & Birtill and Borlase & Venning) has enabled her to devote more time and focus on those aspects of her work which she has always found immensely enjoyable and challenging ie: Court of protection, Wills – incorporating tax planning strategies, the Administration of Estates.

Tracey recognises that on occasions a diversity of approach to fulfilling an objective may be appropriate, she has therefore formed good working relationships with other organisations and professional bodies. Despite the wide spectrum of her own professional experience, Tracey does not overlook the extent of the legal knowledge and professional insight of her colleagues.

“I am proud to be associated with and more particularly a part of the Team that makes up Cornish Venning” – Tracey Morcumb
