Mostyn Evans (Penzance)

Mostyn qualified as a solicitor in 1984, and has practised in Penzance throughout his career.  He was a partner in Cornish and Birtill and is a director of Cornish Venning Limited.  Mostyn is an experienced advocate, having started in criminal law, moving on to family law, General civil litigation including medical negligence and personal injury, employment disputes and mental health law.

Mostyn currently supervises the litigation department of Cornish Venning Limited, and carries a full caseload of disputes encompassing a wide range of matters.  These include employment disputes, personal injury, and commercial disputes. He is a member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal Panel, and has been for many years.

When not working, Mostyn also plays hard.  He holds a third degree black belt in karate. He is also a keen dinghy sailor, competing in Open meetings on a regular basis in the RS800 fleet.

John Dunstan (St. Ives)

John was born and brought up in Chile. He qualified as a solicitor in 1974.

He started training as a solicitor in Cornwall and moved to London to complete his training. Once qualified he practised as a solicitor before moving to Cornwall to work in Camborne, where he remained for a number of years before joining Chellews in 1978.

John is an experienced solicitor having started in general civil litigation, including personal injury, employment disputes, landlord and tenant, family law and criminal law. He has in latter years dealt with property work and commercial work.

John has managed and supervised the St Ives office for a number of years and carries a full caseload of disputes covering a wide range of matters.

When not in the office John is a trustee of the Royal Cornwall Museum, The Clowance Trust and Camborne Rugby Club. When he has time he enjoys pursuing his interests in landscape photography and walking.

Tony Sheridan

Angelo Micciche (Penzance)

Angleo is of Sicilian/Cornish descent and was raised and schooled in Falmouth. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 and joined us here at CVC on 23rd January 2012.

He is a Litigation Solicitor, whose experience includes disputes, contract, debt claims, personal injury, employment, landlord and tenant disputes, Land Registry adjudications, matrimonial law and he is a member of Resolution. He has worked as a Local Government lawyer for 3 years.

He has lived in the Hayle area with his wife and children since 2001 and he enjoys long walks with his family, cooking, reading, watching films, passive bird and nature watching, looking after his cats and chicken, football and listening to cricket.

Chris Martin (Penzance)

Chris qualified as a solicitor in September 2009 after completing his training at a firm in Cardiff and decided to return home to Cornwall to be closer to family.

Chris joined our family department in January 2011 bringing his experience in family matters relating to cohabitation, separation and divorce, including: property and financial negotiations, cohabitation issues, child contact and residence and domestic violence protection.

Chris now also forms part of the ever expanding Mental Health department at CVC, using his negotiating and litigation skills in cases in the Court of Protection, accepting work from patients on the instructions of the Official Solicitor.

Anita Crewdson

Anita was born and brought up in West Wales. She qualified as a solicitor in 1994 having studied for a law degree after the birth of her daughter.

Anita trained and practised as a solicitor in Cambridgeshire from 1992 until 2006 when she moved to Cornwall and has worked as a solicitor specialising in Family Law in Helston, Hayle, St Ives and Penzance.

Although specialising in Family Law in particular for the last 10 years- which includes Divorce, Financial Matters, Private Law Children Matters, Domestic Abuse and Co-Habitee Disputes, Anita has a wide range of experience in other areas of law including Civil and Commercial Litigation, Employment Law and Personal Injury.

Anita is a member of the Law Society's "Family Law Accreditation Scheme".
